Publish style
Fixes #11
created in cooperation with joy-fabienne loesel, designer and illustrator at department for university development.
- default.sty contains previous style commands
- publish.sty contains new style commands for print redesign
minor issues to fix:
- citations of bibtex items appear as ?
- spacing of headings will be slightly adjusted
