Publish style

Fixes #11

created in cooperation with joy-fabienne loesel, designer and illustrator at department for university development.

• default.sty contains previous style commands
• publish.sty contains new style commands for print redesign

minor issues to fix:

• citations of bibtex items appear as ?
• spacing of headings will be slightly adjusted
